At one time, Joel Estime was a houngan (witch doctor).  He sacrificed chickens, dogs, any kind of animal...he kept the entire village of Le Tant in fear, by use of his Voodoo cross and evil power.

One day, some friends and I won him to the Lord... He changed.  He became a "new creature..."  He got married (to one of his three "wives").

He got baptized in our fish tank and went out to win 140 people to the Lord in one week.

That is why we built the church in Cotin...there were so many converts, that we had to build a Love A Child Christian School...

He is now living in a nice new home in "new Le Tant" (Kingdom Connection Village), and he is a deacon in our Miracle Village Church.

One week ago, he got sick, very sick...his body swelled, and his feet swelled.  He could not eat, he was in pain and could hardly breathe.

Someone took him to a hospital in Haiti...the doctor examined him and said, "You are going to die.  You need an operation right now."  The doctor never told Joel what was wrong with him, or what kind of operation he needed.  So, he left the hospital, still close to death... He went to Hospital Number Two... The doctor told him the same thing, "You are going to die if you don't get an operation right now" but, the doctor would not, could not tell Joel "what was wrong" and what kind of operation he wanted to do...

This happened a third time, and then, a fourth time...

The fourth time, the doctor actually had him on the table with I.V.s, ready to send him into the operating room.  Joel and Nadia (Joel's wife) asked, "What is wrong with Joel (me), and what kind of operation are you going to do?" They wouldn't tell him...so, Joel had the nurses take the  I.V.'s out and left.

Joel went immediately to Miracle Village Church and asked all the people to pray. Then, he went to Despeezo and had everyone pray, and God healed him...

The swelling went down...his blood pressure went to normal, and he was in church yesterday morning!!!

God, is an awesome God!  What a miracle-working God we serve!!
